Her journey of obedience and purpose continued in 2016 with the expansion to Sweetest Little Salon & Suites, a multi-stylist location that grew into what is now known as SLS & Co. Suites—a vibrant salon community designed to empower beauty professionals and support their growth. Now, over a decade later, Ashley is launching her third salon concept—a private luxury studio experience that blends elevated one-on-one service, premium healthy haircare, and spiritual intention. This studio reflects not only her refined artistry but her commitment to mentorship, leadership, and creating spaces where both stylists and guests feel seen, covered, and cared for. Ashley’s work is deeply rooted in her faith, and she credits every milestone to God’s grace and mercy.
